Research

Automated modeling method for subject-specific high-definition transcranial direct current stimulation (HD-tDCS), including automated segmentation of MR images of human heads, automated high-definition electrode placement, and automated finite element modeling for HD-tDCS.

Automatic MRI segmentation algorithm combining intensity profiles, atlas information and neighborhood relationships.

HD-tDCS targeting on different individual head models, as well as standard MNI-152 head models. Compare these different models.

Model validation on monkey head and human epilepsy patients.
